Storage Instructions:
Keep refrigerated 32-38°F. Consume within 3 days of opening and by the ‘use by’ date shown. If freezing, freeze on day of purchase and use within 3 months. If purchased frozen store below -0.4°F. Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator before use. Consume within 3 days. Once thawed do not re-freeze.

Serving Suggestion:
To enjoy this product at its best, remove from refrigerator and separate slices 10 minutes before serving. Our mild and delicate smoked Ahi Tuna is perfect served on crisp bread or crackers drizzled with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
